Filia villa is located in Perigiali, just 2 km away from Nydri and only 150 m from Passa beach with the crystal clear waters.

The villa is built on an idyllic location, offering you an amazing view at the Ionian Sea and the small islands known as Prigiponisia.

At the first level, there is the living room, with the sofa turning into single bed, a dining room, a fully equipped and functional kitchen and a W.C.. Outside the villa, there is a furnished sun terrace with a big table and chairs.

On the upper level there are two rooms. One with double sized bed and the other with two linked single beds and shower W.C..  In the same room, there is a balcony with sofas to enjoy the amazing sea view to the Prigkiponisia.

Each room has an Air- condition unit and wireless Internet.
